We're giving you more of what you loved last year: all in one venue, 30 minute breaks between classes, free coffee all day and all night long, your favorite instructors, great DJs, and uninterrupted social dancing! Experience the passion of dancing by using the combination of all your dance knowledge (whether it be blues, west coast, slow lindy, soul, argentine tango, or any other dance) so that you can best create your own style to fit the music.*

Early Check-In
For locals (and those who come to town early) we will be offering early check-in at Tuesday Blues from 7:30 - 11:00pm. Pre-registered and pre-paid guests will be able to check-in and pick up their registration packets and T-shirts at this time. If you haven't pre-paid you'll have to come to regular check-in which begins on Friday, Jan 9.
What Is Fusion?
Fusion is the combination of dances in such a way that allows dancers to use all the techniques, connections, and movements of many dances (in particular lindy hop, blues, argentine tango, soul or west coast). This is a constant communication from lead to follow (and vice versa) that uses the dancers' knowledge of more than one dance to flow from one dance to another (i.e. when leading a boleo style movement inside a blues song, a blues follow without tango training would most likely not loosen her leg and swing it around because she is not as familiar with how her legs should move in the air, whereas a follow with tango training would know exactly what to do with that movement regardless of what dance she was doing) within a song/dance.
